Terms of Service for [N-O] Grid-Wide Sport Fishing, Fishing Competitions, and the [N-O] Grid-Wide Sport Fishing Group. We do not like having to add rules but they are in responce to certain people trying to take advange of the number and type of competitions held. So to make it fair to everyone. II SCHEDULED COMPETITIONS 9) Priority is given to those competitions listed in the calendar - http://secondlife.fishing/Competitions.php 10) Competitions not held for 3 weeks may be removed from the calendar to allow others to use the time slot. If you are away from SL for more than 3 weeks, your time slot may be made available to others. Contact Bebe if you may have a special circumstance. 11) Hosts may hold a maximum of 3 competitions per week (combined impromptu and scheduled). Existing hosts do not need to remove competitions until their number decreases. Your current comps are grandfathered. This is not a lifetime license to hold the number of comps slots you currently use. If you hold more than three calendar comp slots and you give one up, it can not be traded for another. It is lost. 12) Competitions cannot be held on land where [N-O] owners or Game Wardens are restricted from entering. 13) Competition notices cannot be sent for comps held on land that is not publicly accessible. 14) No competitions are allowed be held on land owned or rented by anyone appearing on the group banned list or by anyone deemed their alts. There is a good reason if someone is banned. Assisting banned persons in their efforts to get around their ban will get you banned along with them. 15) Comp hosts retain all rights and privileges guaranteed to them through their rental or ownership covenants. N-O retains the right of authorizing or sanctioning the privilege of hosting competitions using the N-O fishing system. 16) To maintain good standing a sanctioned comp may not co-mingle or cross promote other fishing systems or games during an N-O Sanctioned competition. This includes displaying signage, chat links, or any other means of advertising other fishing systems 1/2 hr before and 1/2 hr after a scheduled competition. 17) An Anglers use of other fishing systems during an N-O sanctioned competition is a violation of ToS and left to the Host's discretion to maintain the integrity and disruption free angling experience for N-O users. Failure to maintain this standard may result in loss of Sanctioned Competition privileges. Failure to comply with the Terms of this ToS may result in an accounts banning from N-O's external servers. III. POSTING SCHEDULED COMPETITIONS TO [N-O] GRID-WIDE SPORT FISHING GROUP: 18) Post a notice of your scheduled competition 65-10 minutes before the start time. Failure to do so allows others to host an impromptu competition. 19) Only Comp Hosts may post notices for the competition you are currently hosting. Limit your notices to 1 group notices and 3 short (max 4 lines) group chat messages per competition. Please Include the start time in the notice subject line for clarity. 20) Include any competition restrictions (e.g., adult region) in your notice. Do not restrict avatar shape or appearance. Child avatar restrictions in Adult regions are expected per Linden Lab. 21) Sending mass invites for unscheduled competitions or competitions that clash with scheduled ones will result in a ban. 22) Competition notices cannot be sent for comps held on land that is not publicly accessible. 23) For scheduled competitions, the posted SLURL must match the one in the calendar (within the same region) unless the Comp is of a nature which traverses Linden waterways. 24) Do not advertise competitions held on land owned by banned residents. If you wish to hold regular competitions, please use the link below: http://secondlife.fishing/CompApplicationForm.html IV.
